Inside Sales Manager

In this position you will be responsible for managing our North American Inside sales representatives. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate organization sales goals.  Assist your sales team with account strategies designed around sales growth and removing obstacles in their way. Work with your team in finding new customers to WPGA. You will be responsible for interviewing, developing, providing coaching and feedback for your direct reports.

  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives
  • Direct responsibility for individual sales rep territory budgets
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variance and initiating corrective actions

Field Sales Representative

In this position you will be responsible for solution selling of technology products and services to customers that design, manufacture or purchase in the OEM market as well as Electronic Manufacturing Service space. Develop relationships in existing account base and generate new customers through account development to expand the reach of WPG Americas as a distributor. Work with inside sales team, applications engineers, and supplier partners to generate sales growth, enhance gross profit and secure new designs.

Regional Technical Manager – AI, Memory, Embedded and FPGA

In this position you will focus on technology segments and will be responsible for establishing key customers, developing a solid understanding of the customers’ end systems and market position. Understanding product desires, communicating the customers’ present and future design challenges, presenting business proposals as well as value proposition and system solutions for the responsible market segment. In this position you will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and meeting company standards by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, labeling, Inspecting, packing and shipping orders for pickup and delivery.

Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist

In this position you will be responsible for purchasing, product flow, and inventory management in order to maximize customer and supplier satisfaction at the most efficient cost.

  • Purchase inventory for demand and stock for assigned product lines
  • Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of product from suppliers to customers
  • Manage inventory in order to minimize aged/provisioning stock
  • Obtain quotes and manage rebate process with assigned suppliers
  • Act as point of contact for outside business partners
  • Process returns to supplier, inventory write-downs, rebates, etc. in Oracle
  • Set up new items and maintain item data integrity
  • Diligently support Sales to drive revenue
