Field Sales Representative

In this field-based sales position you will be responsible for solution selling of technology products and services to customers that design, manufacture or purchase in the OEM market as well as Electronic Manufacturing Service space. Develop relationships in existing account base and generate new customers through account development to expand the reach of WPG Americas as a distributor. Work with inside sales team, applications engineers and supplier partners to generate sales growth, enhance gross profit and secure new designs.

Job Description

  • Uses basic knowledge of product line cards matching product offerings/solutions to customer needs
  • Engages at various levels in customer decision making chain (Purchasing, Engineering, Materials, Finance, Management)
  • Develops basic customer business plans to meet annual sales and GP$ budgets for accounts including:
    business analysis, competitive landscape, ROI measurement, challenges and obstacles
  • Coordinate quoting, booking and tracking business to other geographic regions, including North America and abroad
  • Plans, coordinates and presents regular business review for key accounts with management team
  • Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success


  • 3 to 5 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the field is desired
  • Proven record of sales growth and performance in competitive business environment
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Technical degree and/or certificates desired but not required
  • Demonstrate ability to drive strong Supplier relationships
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills

Regional Business Development Specialist

In this position you will focus on Embedded, IoT and Display and be responsible for establishing key customers, developing a solid understanding of the customers’ end systems and market position. Understanding product desires, communicating the customers’ present and future design challenges, presenting business proposals as well as value proposition and system solutions for the responsible market segment. This role combines business development and selling professional services. The right person will enjoy working with diverse people, problem solving, and constant challenges.

  • Strong business development skills ability to seek out and develop new customer opportunities
  • Provide prompt support for opportunities or issues by the sales force, AE’s and manufacturer’s rep teams
  • Escalate and manage complex issues requiring factory engineering support to applicable supplier
  • Develop a detailed and steadily increasing knowledge of relevant products
  • Create supplier related business plans to meet annual sales budgets including business analysis, competitive landscape, challenges and obstacles

Help Desk Support Specialist

In this position you will be providing internal customer support and technical expertise to PC end-users and mobile sales staff

Location Southaven, MS

Job Description

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
  • Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
  • Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
  • Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new equipment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures as required
  • Help prioritize help desk requirements and respond to telephone calls, email, and personal requests for technical support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in customer support/help desk role
  • Excellent understanding of PC software, operating systems (Windows 10, Linux/Unix), MS Office applications, IP networking,
    IP Telephony and hardware configuration
  • Occasional lifting of heavy objects (computers, other equipment), working on floors/under desks, climbing on ladders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Must be able to work with end users and communicate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic Networking experience
